Harvested from the Huso dauricus sturgeon species native to the Amur River basin, this caviar presents a buttery, gently nutty profile with subtle maritime sweetness. Pearls are generously sized (3.0–3.5 mm in diameter) with tones ranging from deep slate grey to warm amber. Whether crowned on blini or served solo by the spoon, Purley’s Kaluga Caviar delivers a luxurious, balanced character for both connoisseurs and the caviar-curious alike.
Our selection of caviar shares some of the most enriched flavour profiles. Caviar can be enjoyed alone, or with a simple base such as baguette or blini with butter, or boiled eggs, as to not interfere with caviar's characteristic taste.
All caviar is delivered in securely chilled boxes.
