Discover the ethereal luxury of Purley’s Almas Caviar, also known as Albino Beluga caviar. Sourced from naturally occurring albino Beluga sturgeon (Huso huso) of Caspian lineage, this is an exceptionally rare caviar, sought after its luminous pale-gold colour and an even more abundant flavour profile compared to the traditional Beluga.
Only 1 in 600 Beluga sturgeons have the albino mutation to offer this exceptionally nuanced caviar.
Almas Beluga is buttery with notes of fresh cream, a whisper of brine, and an elegant, lingering finish. Pearls are large, typically 2.8–3.2 mm, with an ivory colour. Purley’s Almas Caviar is a sublime expression of purity and grace for true connoisseur.
Our selection of caviar shares some of the most enriched flavour profiles. Caviar can be enjoyed alone, or with a simple base such as baguette or blini with butter, or boiled eggs, as to not interfere with caviar's characteristic taste.
All caviar is delivered in securely chilled boxes.
